The NexPoint 3D Configurator metabox appears on every WooCommerce product edit page. It gives you fine-grained control over how the 3D viewer behaves for that specific product — overriding global defaults where needed.

Field Reference
| Field | Default | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| 3D Viewer Enabled | Off | Master toggle. Must be On for the viewer to appear on the product frontend. This is the switch you flip after assigning a model. |
| 3D Model File | — | URL to the .glb file. Auto-populated from Model Assignments. Override here to use a different model for this product only. |
| Model Scale | 1.0 | Scale multiplier. Adjust if the model appears too large or too small in the viewer relative to the canvas. |
| Product Mode | Simple 3D | Simple 3D keeps the standard WooCommerce add-to-cart. Full Wizard activates the Variation Wizard guided configurator. |
| Background Color | #1a1a1a | Hex color for the 3D canvas background. Use a dark neutral for most products, or match your brand palette. |
| Auto-Rotate | On | Idle rotation for this product. Overrides the global setting. |
| Camera Distance | 3.0 | Initial zoom level. Valid range: 0.5–20. Lower = zoomed in closer; higher = zoomed out further. |
| Environment Preset | None | Ambient lighting environment. Options: none, studio, sunset, warehouse, forest. See the Environment Presets guide. |
| Viewer Placement | Before summary | Where the viewer renders on the product page. Options: Before product summary, After product summary, After product images, Before cart. |

Adjust from there based on your specific model.⚠️ Product Mode: Switching to Full Wizard only has an effect if you have an NP Variation Wizard configuration set up for that product.
