Audit your flows

The free audit only reads your Klaviyo account and ranks what to look at.

• Live flows that overlap on the same trigger
• Mixed sender and reply-to addresses
• Past years and out-of-season wording in live emails
• Live flows with no active email, and blank subject lines
• Missing welcome, abandoned checkout or post-purchase flows

Schedule flow switches

Set a flow to change status on a date, such as ending a Christmas flow after the holiday. Each switch waits for your approval, then checks the flow again before it runs. Switches run at a daily check, so allow up to 24 hours.

Build new flows as drafts

Answer 10 questions and review the emails. Then create the flows you want in Klaviyo as drafts, one at a time. Copy can only mention offers and promises you entered. Going live stays your decision, in Klaviyo.

Nothing changes without your approval

Each approval covers one exact change and works once. The Activity page shows every attempt.

Pricing

• Free: read-only flow audit
• Starter: $49 per month, up to 5,000 active profiles
• Growth: $99 per month, up to 25,000 active profiles
• Scale: $149 per month, over 25,000 active profiles
• Paid plans include the Calendar and Builder, with a one-time $299 setup fee

What it can’t do

It can’t edit the content of your existing flows or send campaigns. The audit finds setup problems, and it doesn’t measure revenue or promise results.
