Where is my license key?
Your license key is emailed automatically when your order is marked complete — check your spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, email us at hello@nexpointstudio.com with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.
How do I activate my license?
After installing the Variation Wizard plugin, go to WP Admin → NP Wizard → License and paste your key into the License Key field. Hit Save — that’s it. See the full activation steps in the docs.
Can I use my license on multiple sites?
It depends on your plan. Single Site licenses cover 1 domain. 5-Site licenses cover up to 5 domains. Agency licenses are unlimited. Staging and local development environments don’t count toward your seat limit.
Can I transfer my license to a different domain?
Yes. Email us the old domain and new domain and we’ll update it for you. Self-serve transfers will be available in a future update.
What happens when my annual license expires?
The plugin continues working — you just won’t receive updates or support. Renewing restores both. If you prefer not to worry about renewals, consider upgrading to a Lifetime license.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email hello@nexpointstudio.com with your order number and we’ll process the refund within 2 business days.
Is the NexPoint 3D Viewer really free?
Yes, completely free. It’s available on WordPress.org with no license required. The Variation Wizard is the paid Pro add-on that connects 3D models to WooCommerce product variations.
What versions of WordPress and WooCommerce are supported?
We support WordPress 6.3+ and WooCommerce 8.0+. Both plugins are tested up to the current stable releases. See the requirements section in the docs for the full list.
