NexPoint (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at nexpointstudio.com and sells WordPress plugins via WooCommerce. Our contact email is hello@nexpointstudio.com.

2. What We Collect

When you purchase a plugin or contact us, we may collect:

Name and email address — to send your order confirmation and license key.
Billing information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store card numbers.
Site URL — collected when you activate a license, to enforce seat limits.
Usage data — anonymous, optional telemetry if you opt in (plugin version, WP version). You can opt out at any time from the plugin settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

To fulfill your order and deliver your license key.
To provide customer support.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, license delivery). We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
To validate license keys and enforce seat limits.

4. Data Storage

Order and license data is stored in our WooCommerce database, hosted on servers in the United States. We retain order records for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of personal data at any time by emailing hello@nexpointstudio.com.

5. Third Parties

We share data only with services required to operate:

Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
WP Engine / hosting provider — server infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for:

WooCommerce cart and session management (essential — cannot be disabled).
WordPress admin authentication.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)
